Farmstead Golf and Country Club Wedding

You guys know whats really fun about knowing a shit ton about cameras but not a lot about technology? When you write out a whole blog, forget to save it as you go, accidentally click the back button, and poof! Everything is gone. Luckily enough for me Sarah and Nicole were so amazing that I don’t mind writing about their day twice!

I know I rave about my couples all the time but I seriously cannot help myself and Sarah and Nicole are no exception. As soon as someone figues out i’m a wedding photographer the first question I get is, “Do you ever get Bridezillas?” And my answer is almost always no. There was one time waaaayyyy long ago and she wasn’t even that bad but that’s besides the point. Ya’ll Sarah and Nicole were the antithesis of bridezillas. I swear had I told them my feet hurt they would have traded me shoes. I can’t get over how amazing these two humans are and how lucky everyone else is for having these two beings in their lives.

Fun fact! Nicole and Sarah didn’t plan their attire together. When I first saw their dresses I was so shook at how similar they were in style. As I got to know them more throughout their day it all made perfect sense to me. These two beautiful ladies are cut from the same cloth for sure. While they may be from different parts of the world (aka Sarah the city love who is scared of deer) they are the same at heart. Their echo vows made that apparent to the select few that were in attendance at their wedding part one. Ps… ask the adorable niece which one of the brides has a nice butt!

There isn’t a shadow of doubt in my mind that these two aren’t perfect for each other. I had so much fun at their wedding which by the way was BEAUTIFUL. Pulling into The Farmstead Golf and Country Club was like driving into another world and was so very welcomed as a bomb ass way to start back into weddings after the Rona wrecked the year. I’m so involve with these intimate weddings that I hope they become a trend. Don’t get me wrong, I like to party like the rest of you and I don’t want to eliminate the party, but intimate weddings give the couple so much time to just function together as newlyweds.

Another fun fact! Verve Studio - who hooked these girls up with their beauty game - created a color just for the Brides! And both of them wore the same color! Every time they smooched it was like their were freshening each other up which was so much fun!

Okay… enough of my rambling, enjoy a peek into the wedding of Sarah and Nicole. I can’t wait to party with you next year. I leave you with “Good Luck!”
